This test is for local companies, employees or work permit submissions only.  

Please fill out the information below to schedule your test.  Payment can be made when you arrive to take the test and test takers are required to arrive no later than 20 minutes before the test start time. Late arrivals will not be allowed to take the test.  Select the date you desire to take the test from the available options below and then fill out the form information. You will receive a confirmation email or call. 

The cost of the Institutional L& R Test is CI $185.00.  
There are no refunds for cancellations 1 day or less before the test.

Total Duration of the Test is 2 hours.
