Please fill out the information below to schedule your test.  Payment must be made at least 5 days prior the test date and test takers are required to arrive 30 minutes before the test start time. Late arrivals will not be allowed to take the test.  Select the date you desire to take the test from the available options below and then fill out the form information. 

The cost of the Public Test is CI $200.00.  

There are no refunds for cancellations 5 days or less before the test.

The Total Duration of the Test is 2 hours and 200 questions.
