Please fill out the information below to schedule your test.  Payment must be made prior to taking the test and test takers are required to arrive no later than 20 minutes before the test start time. Late arrivals will not be allowed to take the test.  Select the date you desire from the available options below and then fill out the form information. You will receive a confirmation email.  The cost per test is CI $150.00 and results will be available in two business days.  accepted forms of payment are cash and cheques.  Please note that all Testees must provide 2 forms of Identification (1 of them being their passport) and should also present their work permit license.  Tests Take place at the Cayman Brac Beach Resort.
